We understand that life happens, and situations change! If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so with no penalty if cancelled or rescheduled prior to 24 hours before appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% of service cancellation fee. No call no shows are a 100% of service fee 15 minutes into scheduled time. Late Policy: Sessions will not start if client is more than 15 minutes late. We have back to back appointments and do not always have the ability to move appointments same day.

This Professional Lash Brands adhesive is oil-proof and waterproof, meaning you DO NOT have to change your schedule around so you can get your lashes done. Feel free to go to the gym, or take a show immediately after your session!
